Potenza

The Potenza microneedling treatment uses ultrafine needles and delivers focused Radiofrequency (RF) energy to penetrate the top layer of the skin. Using RF technology will trigger your body’s natural response to create an increased level of collagen and elastin production, resulting in an enhanced skin revitalization treatment versus microneedling alone.
Potenza treatments can be performed on all skin types, anywhere on the body and any time of the year.

Potenza:
  • Stimulates new collagen production to not only give you tighter, firmer-looking skin – but younger-acting skin
  • Targets blemishes for a smoother, more radiant complexion
  • Provides faster healing time and deeper penetration of serums compared to traditional microneedling
* The Fusion Tip provides a luxurious facial whereby a proprietary cocktail of injectables such as hyaluronic acid and vitamins is infused into the skin during the treatment. Each treatment is customized to the individual client's skin care needs. 1 treatment starts at $1,200 and varies depending on the injectables used.

Pre-Treatment

  • Avoid Accutane six months prior to beginning your treatment sessions.
  • Do not use topical agents that may increase the sensitivity of your skin such as retinoids, exfoliants, topical antibiotics or acids 5-7 days prior to your treatment.
  • Do not take anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen, Motrin or Advil for at least 3 days prior to your treatment. These will interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical for your skin rejuvenation.
  • Avoid IPL/Laser procedures, unprotected sun exposure and sunburn for at least 2 weeks prior to your treatment.
  • No waxing, depilatory creams or electrolysis to the area being treated for 5-7 days prior.
  • Do not shave the day of the procedure to avoid skin irritation. If there is dense hair present in the treatment area, shave the day before you arrive for your appointment.
  • If you’re prone to cold sores, take an antiviral agent for 2 days prior to and the day of the treatment.
  • Avoid blood thinning agents for one week prior. Bruising is a common side effect of microneedling treatments.

Post-Treatment

  • Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications for one week following your treatment.
  • Do not use ice on your face.
  • Avoid using arnica/bromelain. These may interfere with the natural inflammatory process critical for your skin rejuvenation.
  • Avoid sun tanning and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks. After 24 hours, always use sun protectant (40 SPF or higher) and wear a hat when outside.
  • Avoid anything that will increase your body’s temperature for 24 hours after treatment (i.e., hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, physical activity, etc.,).
