SHIPPING

Shipping/delivery is only available within Ontario. Shipping rates are $15 within Ontario.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

*Free Shipping on orders over $150.

PICK UP

In store pick up's can be arranged during regular office hours: Tuesdays 10-5pm, Wednesday and Thursdays 11-7pm, Fridays 10-5 pm and Saturdays 10-4 pm. We will be in touch when the order is ready for pick up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer returns. In the event that a product is damaged or there is a reaction to a product, please contact our team directly at info@bonitamed.com.
